Year Project Location	1988 Retail centre comprising Bilo supermarket and specialty shops 67 Nicholson Street, Footscray

An older style industrial building and paved area was transformed in to a well known ethnic shopping centre with Bilo supermarket.

Sensing the need for both a budget supermarket and specialty Asian food outlets in the area, Wolfstep secured the Bilo tenancy and created a new 11 shop food court with deck car parking.

With the nature of the complex being Asian and food orientated, special attention was paid to complementary finishes in keeping with the occupants requirements.
