Year Project Location	1986 5 showroom units 603-613 Maroondah Highway, Mitcham

A series of showroom units was developed as a home makers centre on a difficult site owing to the steep rise of the land at the rear of the site.

The site was carefully cut at the rear and reinforced with shotcrete. Prefabricated structural concrete panels were slotted in to retain the rear high land.

An attractive series of showrooms featuring bold facades, angle glass and glazed entry canopies make this project a success.
