Just off the bustle of Springvale Road and Whitehorse Road, this office project is next to the railway station and close to the shopping and showroom centre.

Its striking façade with good natural light ensured the building was leased up to major corporate tenants.

To ensure no diminution of amenity from the train line to the rear, a careful glazing selection of double laminate glass was chosen and a tranquil building interior was achieved.
