The locational benefits of Port Melbourne with quick access to the freeway network and CDB were prime factors in our purchasing this previously industrial yard site owned by Telstra.

Various design formats were considered prior to settling on a 5 high-tech unit plan. Buildings range from 500 sq.m – 1,000 sq.m with office components from 40% - 75% of total building area.

A feature of the design is the individuality and presence given to each façade within the complex.

A number of large and public companies were attracted and established branch businesses or head offices within the project, including GMH, Merke Sharpe Dome and Hilti.

Above average car parking provisions gave flexibility to increase office content to meet individual occupants requirements.
