This high profile property is prominently located on the corner of Glenhuntly Road and Beavis Street across the road from Coles and on the edge of this vibrant, well established shopping strip.

The original 1970’s building was secured in an off-market deal, with most of the leases on monthly tenancies and substantially underlet.

With the building looking rather aged, the opportunity was there to refurbish the building and seek new long term tenants.

External refurbishment works included a new 3 dimensional façade incorporating new shop fronts to the retail tenancies, rendering of brick-work, new bay windows to the first floor offices and feature canopy to the office entry.

Internal works comprised of stripping out of all internal finishes and replacing with new services, carpets and ceiling and new foyer entry with granite tiling, feature lighting and skylight.

The ground floor was leased to a variety of retail users, while the first floor offices were leased to an accountancy firm and international software company, Encom Technology.
