This most prominent well known development has great visual impact from the Monash Freeway, Toorak and Auburn Roads.
Its classical clean lines are highlighted by the blue reflective laminated butt jointed glazing and the curved façade panels finished in a pebbled applied finish.
The building boasts a magnificent sculptured entrance foyer featuring round pyramid skylights, curved concrete soffit, and circular feature stainless steel stair.
The 3,000 sq.m project is designed such that it can be broken into up to four occupancies although tenancies have traditionally been whole floor lettings.
As the land is within a flood prone designated area, all pedestrian and vehicle entries have been ramped up to a level in excess of the 1934 flood level. The design takes advantage of the rear right of way level, allowing natural grade car parking in addition to the basement level.
