This landmark garden office project was the forerunner of a new approach to create environmentally and staff friendly office space.

The 4,000 sq.m. of low rise space is designed around two massive light courts glazed with angled heat-reflective glass.

Special consideration was given to staff breakout areas before this notion became popular some 10 years later. The spacious entrance courts and first floor landscaped balconies provide wonderful escape areas for staff to meet in an informal setting.

Particular attention to finishes is evident. Multi coloured slate tiles to the foyer entry court floors is used with whole slate slabs for stair treads. The feature stair also comprised stainless steel curved rails and glazing.

These design features are carried into feature curved stainless light fittings in the foyers and multi colour slate to feature roofs.

Each of the six sections of the complex have their own amenities block and air handling units featuring economy fresh air cycles to take advantage of suitable ambient conditions. The rear entry from Russells Place facilitates dual entry and exit to the 108 car spaces in an open basement configuration.
