Two older residences on large allotments nearly opposite the Syndal railway station were quickly snapped up by Wolfstep only days after a local agents board was erected on the site.

Whilst the site had its challenges including an eight metre fall from rear to front; large setbacks to street frontages and a rear interface to residential development, Wolfstep set about consulting with Council and local residents to produce a win/win result for all concerned parties.

Clever design takes advantage of the site fall with two layers of car parking coming off Station Place which was widened by Wolfstep ceding land to achieve the required road widths for vehicular traffic.

The main entry foyer is at grade on the corner of Blackburn Road and Doynton Parade. This allows an additional level of offices at the front owing to the fall from the rear. The fifteen office suites are all entered from a stunning entry foyer lined in black and white marble, high gloss feature wall panels, green accent carpet and a bright lift with orange accent glass serving all levels of offices and parking.

The front façade curves around the prominent corner with vertical protruding aluminium blades cutting through the blue glass at upper levels.

The main entry is highlighted with an alucabond clad canopy and blade column shearing through the façade and acting as a visual break to the charcoal textured wall panels and grey glass to the side and rear elevations.

The external view is further enhanced by granite clad angular feature columns and an intense landscape design to the sharply angled front garden area.
