This forlorn ex ABC office building had sat vacant for some time prior to purchase by Wolfstep. The building was of early 1970’s construction and had fallen into major disrepair through neglect and poor maintenance.

Wolfstep correctly identified the market requirement from local professionals and investors for quality strata titled office suites and saw the benefits of carefully building a project around an imposing 5 storey existing structure.

The building was totally stripped back to its structural core and new foyers, windows, lighting, toilets, airconditioning etc. were installed to create 12 office units of varying sizes ranging from 50 – 300sq.m.

Great bay views are to be had from the upper levels and indeed the purchaser of the top level paid a premium to secure the space.

The rooftop which already had three telecommunications carriers installations was separately titled in Wolfstep’s subdivision of the building and Wolfstep retained ownership of this roof and expanded its use to five carriers.
