This most prominent site on the corner of Terracotta Drive was formerly three house lots. Wolfstep purchased the sites and designed three individual showroom units. During the design process, Andersons enquiry surfaced and designs were changed to accommodate their occupation of the whole of the 3,000 sq.m. project.

The striking façade design with its strong fascia lines maximises clear glass showroom area to both Maroondah Highway and the Terracotta Drive.

The angled corner brick paved steps and path blend with the earthy colours of the building.

A very bright, airy and inviting mezzanine area was achieved with angled roof glazing to an open glazed balustrading system around the perimeter of the mezzanine and feature staircase leading from the entrance lobby.

Plentiful parking for customers was achieved both at the rear of the site and right angle parking off Terracotta Drive.
