A former fruit juice factory site, the property was purchased by Wolfstep for the purpose of creating the first fully fledged office suite project in the Caulfield area.
Many professionals were occupying shop fronts and offices above shops while others were commuting out of the Caulfield area to alternate established commercial areas.
Wolfstep considered the site with its centrality to Dandenong Road and Nepean Highway and proximity to banks, local shopping etc. a perfect location for professional offices.
The 2,500 sq.m building with undercroft car parking was divided into eight separate suites and leased or sold to owner occupiers/investors.
Nearly all suites open from a brilliantly lit central foyer featuring a barrel vault glazed ceiling element which extends the length of the building.
Each suite has its own air conditioning system with an energy efficient enerstat controller; its own male and female washrooms and glazed frontages to both external windows and glazed light court.
