Prominently located on Dandenong Road, this building originally constructed in 1990 was purchased with a high percentage of vacancy giving us the opportunity to carry out a major refurbishment.

Entire first floor of over 1000 sqm of office space was vacant as was much of the ground floor.

External Works included new alucabond clad canopy protruding from existing building to give building greater street presence, new entry screen incorporating frameless glass door, new landscape and installation of security carpark gate. Internal works included new tiling, carpet, suspended ceiling panels, brightly coloured feature wall to foyer, new carpets, ceilings to offices and upgrade of amenities and services.
