Year Project Location	1980 1000 sqm commercial offices 1010 Doncaster Road, Doncaster

With the emergence of Westfield Shoppingtown in Doncaster there was a perceived dearth of commercial office space available in the area.

This was one of our first concrete panel jobs and amongst the first such construction types in suburban Melbourne.

All panels were site cast by our own staff, erected by crane and finished with a marble chip texture finish.

The building was a bright new enhancement for the Doncaster area and was quickly occupied by local lawyers, accountants, financial planners and banks.

The off-white marble finish exterior was contrasted with bronze reflective glazing.
